NRDC and Sierra Club: Pre-roll and banner ads
The enviros wanted to raise awareness about the Obama Administration's fuel economy standards in a clever way that would gin up some earned media, not to mention some support for the President going into an election year.
This sassy campaign highlights the fact that the standards would double average gas mileage and allow Americans to visit the gas station half as much. It also features hairy backs, awkward teens, sexual innuendo and cat ladies. I developed the concept, wrote the scripts and helped produce the videos.
