In the early days of digital assistants, consumers needed to be educated about how the new technology could be integrated into their every day lives. As Microsoft focused on integrating their digital assistant into various products including Bing and Edge, we worked with the Cortana team to develop a suite of emails to help showcase Cortana’s capabilities and all the ways it could be used.
